Beginning at level 10, you can create guilds by pressing the guild icon in the workshop or access them through the association bulletin board in the square.

If you're not a member yet, you can apply to join a guild created by another player. You have the freedom to withdraw your application until you officially join a guild.

You can monitor results of your guild application through notifications in the guild board located in the square.
