If a resident reaches level 30 or higher, you can establish a guild by clicking on the workshop's guild icon or through the guild board located in the square. However, you cannot establish a guild if you are already member of one. 

Keep in mind that once the guild name is decided, it cannot be changed. 

You have the opportunity to become the head of the guild and create one of your very own.
