The first slot is initially opened at the Cloud Donut Mine. You can unlock up to 5 slots by spending in-game currency to 'expand the mine'.

Mining will proceed automatically when you place a bomb in an open slot.

If multiple slots are open, bombs must be placed in slot order. Please note that production proceeds in the order in which it is placed.
