"Help" allows your Team Member to accumulate free Heart.
For every Heart Request, a player can Help once.
If the player gets 5 Help, the Request Heart is removed from the Team Chat.

You can also check each players' Help contribution by visitng "My Team" tab
Help contribution shows how many times each player has helped another member in the past 2 weeks.

Help contribution is reset with each level update.
